Seat Tube Angle Range- 65 to 85 degrees
Head Tube Angle Range- 60 to 80 degrees
Seat Tube Length Range- 160mm to 650mm
Head Tube Length Range- 80mm to 300mm
BB Drop/Rise Range- 100mm drop to 30mm rise
Centerline Offset- 200mm
The scale on the horizontal beam is the horizontal distance from the bottom middle of the head tube to the center of the bottom bracket and rear axle. Bike CAD calls this reading “Head Tube Bottom (X)”.
The scale on the vertical beam is the vertical distance from center of the bottom bracket to the bottom middle of the head tube. BikeCAD calls this reading “Head Tube Bottom (Y)”.
The maximum horizontal distance from the bottom of the head tube to the dropout center is 1100mm- this is long enough for basically any regular style frame. If a longtail, cargo, or some other cool creation with an extra long wheelbase is in your plans, let me know and I can swap out the standard horizontal beam for a longer one for a slight upcharge.
Accepts any size Anvil style dummy axle.
Dummy axles are available for sale with the purchase of a Frame Jig.
A dual sided head tube puck that is compatible with both 1-1/8” (EC34) and 44mm is included. 1” (EC30) and other sizes can be made by request for $50 each.
A bottom bracket adapter for 68mm and 73mm threaded BSA shells is included. A 68/73mm T47 adapter and T47 end cap is available for an additional $100.
All parts that contact the frame (cones, pucks and bottom bracket adapters) are made from 303 stainless steel. All other parts are made from 6061 aluminum and will ship with a raw, machined finish as seen in the pictures. Anodizing is available for an extra charge and increased lead time.
Extrusions are high quality, tight tolerance from Misumi.
A Park PRS Repair Stand Mount is available for an additional $150. The mount shaft has a 50mm diameter which is compatible with shop level Park PRS repair stands. This includes the PRS-2 series double arm floor mount, PRS-3 series single arm floor mount and PRS-4 series bench mount. Basically, if your repair stand will accept the standard 100-3C clamp, then this mount will fit.
A Chainstay / Seatstay Holder is available for an additional $150. This add on is really helpful for positioning the stays, making sure they’re centered.
The Centering Fixture shown in some of the images is sold separately.
