These cups slip fit into the headtube and over the fork.

EC34/28.6 Upper / EC34/30 Lower (1-1/8" Traditional)
EC44/28.6 Upper / EC44/40 Lower(44mm Headtube with a 1-1/8 to 1-1/2 Tapered Steerer)
Stack Height Upper and Lower- 1/2” (12.7mm)
The knurled thumbscrew has a polyacetal tip so it won’t dig into the fork.
Dummy cups can be useful at various points during the build process. They are also great for storing and displaying framesets.
