Seat Tube and Head Tube Angle Range- 60 to 90 degrees
Seat Tube Length Range- 190mm to 615mm
Head Tube Length Range- 80mm to 280mm
BB Drop Range- 100mm to +50mm
Standoff- 240mm
Accepts any size Anvil style dummy axle. Dummy axles not included. They can be purchased Paragon Machine Works, Bike Fab Supply and others.
Lower Pucks for 34mm ID and 44mm ID Head Tubes are included. Other sizes can be made by request.
BB adapters for 68mm and 73mm threaded BSA shells are included. 100mm and 120mm threaded BSA adapters are available separately for $50 each. T47 and other adapters can be made by request.
The horizontal scale measures from the bottom middle of the headtube to the center of the BB and then on to the dropout center. To calculate the horizontal chainstay length, subtract the HT to BB measurement from the scale. The maximum value to the dropout is 1050mm
The vertical scale measures from the center of the BB to the bottom middle of the headtube. The maximum value is 580mm.
The engraving for the head tube angle, seat tube angle and tire size are filled in with enamel paint to improve readability.
All parts that contact the frame (cones, pucks and BB adapters) are made from 303 stainless steel. All other parts are made from 6061 aluminum and will ship with a raw, machined finish as seen in the pictures. Please be aware that bare aluminum will show wear more quickly than anodized aluminum. Anodizing is available for an extra charge and 2 week increased lead time. The Chainstay / Seatstay / Maintube holder shown in the pictures is included.
A Park PRS repair stand compatible mount is included. The mount shaft has a 50mm diameter which is compatible with shop level Park PRS repair stands. This includes PRS-2 series double arm floor mount, PRS-3 series single arm floor mount and PRS-4 series bench mount. Basically, if your repair stand will accept the standard 100-3C clamp, then this mount will fit.
Shipping to the lower 48 states is $135. For international shipments, please reach out for the shipping price.
